Svetlana Gankina, Russia


Svetlana Gankina was born in USSR in 1978.      

Earned a master degree in architecture from a Nizhiy Novgorod State University. 

Takes part in personal and group exhibitions since 2014. Took part in exhibitions in Asia, Europe and has won several awards. 

Member of International Federation of Artists and National Artists’s Union of Russia since 2022. 

After about 7 years of residing in Vietnam and Mongolia and learning from the local masters local techniques, started focusing on watercolour media on different types of paper and on the silk. 

Common sources of inspiration include living environment, habits, culture, traditions and also nature’s reflection, small habitual details 

My work “Panopticon” was created under the impression of Asia. Inspired by a beauty of iconic koi fish and their enchanting movement in the water, I couldn’t stop thinking about collective consciousness and behaviour features of animal and human species.

Born 18.06.1977  in Moscow. I graduated from the Institute of business and design.  Director of the creative Association "World of modern watercolors". I graduated from the Institute  from the  the Moscow state academic art Institute named after V. I. Surikov at the Russian Academy of arts. I am the Director of the creative Association "World of modern watercolors" in Moscow. I am a member of the Union of the international Federation of watercolors and a member of the Union "New-peredvizhniks in Moscow". Fatima Zahab Saniei, Iran

Born in Isfahan (Iran), she holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics.  Self- taught artist, she first followed the realist style.  As any artist, she needs to explore and create, thus searching on networks for other artists who had different styles to what she was used to see.  She has been influenced by Alvaro Castagnet, Paul Ching Bor.  Her style evolves and she creates her own technique.  The situations she has been through and the artists she met have represented an important influence in the evolution of her style, receiving the support of these artists in the development of her career, who also gave her the chance to share projects with them.
